The appraiser has over twenty years of experience in the real estate profession.  He has served as an investor, general contractor and property manager on many projects throughout Southeastern and Western Massachusetts.  These experiences led Mr. Kennedy into the field of real property appraisal, where his business knowledge and expertise of real estate can be most productive.

  • University of Massachusetts Dartmouth – BA degree in Sociology

  • Over 15 years experience  in the appraisal of warehouses, vacant land, subdivision, office buildings, retail strip centers, office condominiums, mixed use, industrial, restaurants, property development, schools, hotels, eminent domain, development rights, Condos, Multi-Family Project (Townhouse, Condo, Etc), Co-Op, (Lifestyle farm, Hobby Farm), High End Residential, Multi-family (2-4 units), Single Family Appraisal (Conventional, Other),  Single Family Appraisal (FHA),  Single Family Appraisal (Relocation)

  • WinTotal/Total 2013 – The latest up-to-date computerized system, employing state of the art form processing software. For use with On-line MLS Service to do site search, sales comparison, market analysis and satellite mapping.
