The appraiser has over twenty years of experience in the real estate profession. He has served as an investor, general contractor and property manager on many projects throughout Southeastern and Western Massachusetts. These experiences led Mr. Kennedy into the field of real property appraisal, where his business knowledge and expertise of real estate can be most productive.
